Destinations by MC LLC provides professional travel-planning services specializing in destination weddings, group celebrations, multigenerational vacations, and all-inclusive resort and cruise travel.

We act solely as an independent travel advisor, arranging travel services through third-party suppliers, including but not limited to tour operators, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and ground transportation providers.

We do not own, operate, or control any of these suppliers and therefore are not responsible for their acts, errors, omissions, or changes in schedules, fares, or services.

All supplier terms and conditions, including cancellation and refund policies, apply to your booking.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Review and abide by all supplier terms and policies.

  • Verify that all names, travel dates, and details are accurate before booking.

  • Obtain all required travel documentation (passports, visas, vaccinations, etc.).

  • Purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied travel, loss of funds, or additional expenses, for which Destinations by MC LLC will not be liable.

5. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits and planning fees paid to Destinations by MC LLC are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
All payments made toward travel packages are subject to the supplier’s individual terms and conditions.

Prices, schedules, and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any errors or price changes imposed by suppliers after confirmation.

Refund requests must be made directly with the supplier when applicable. We highly recommend travel-protection insurance, as many fees and deposits are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Destinations by MC LLC shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or expense resulting from:

  • Acts or omissions of any supplier, airline, cruise line, hotel, or other third party.

  • Illness, weather, strikes, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of God.

  • Any event beyond our control.

Under no circumstances shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid directly to Destinations by MC LLC for our planning services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this Site, including text, graphics, photos, videos, and logos, are owned by Destinations by MC LLC or used with permission.
You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
